GSMT believes that women’s empowerment is of utmost importance for any community to grow and prosper. Hence, Gender & Women Empowerment is the cross-cutting theme across all the interventions of the organisation. The main focus has been on organizing and strengthening women to actively participate in the development process related to Holistic & sustainable development.
